Certified Tiny Home

Engineered to code. Built to be finished. Ready to become real property in North Carolina and South Carolina. The only tiny home prep in our market with engineer-stamped structural plans.
REAL EXAMPLE - EARLY SPEEDY SHEDS CUSTOMER
Early on at Speedy Sheds, a customer bought a $30,000 building with the intention of living in it. He did everything right - went to his county to permit it. The inspector pulled the engineering plans, looked at the structural classification and rejected the application. The building wasn't engineered for residential occupancy. Once the county says no, there's no clean fix. The building stays a storage shed or it comes down. That customer had real money tied up in a project that couldn't move forward. That's why we built the Certified Tiny Home Prep program. Engineer-stamped plans. Documented foundation specs. Real paperwork that an inspector can review and approve.
If you're shopping for a tiny home shell anywhere, ask the builder for their engineering documentation.
If they can't produce it, you're buying a shed and hoping nobody asks questions.
